Gina Lemon

Gina Lemon has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on leadership and development. Gina is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Volunteers of America, a position they assumed in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Leader of Human Kindness at Pandemic Possibilities in 2020 and as a Possibility Coach at Positive Intelligence in 2021. Gina also co-founded People Possibility in 2022.

Before transitioning into these leadership roles, Gina held various HR positions at Timberland Partners from 2011 to 2021, including Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Gina played a crucial role in managing the department's operations and overseeing policies, procedures, and programs related to employee relations, training and development, compensation, and more.

Their responsibilities included providing consultation on HR processes, performance management, and organizational design, as well as handling employee relations issues and leading key initiatives to enhance engagement and productivity.

Lastly, Gina worked at Target as a Human Resources Benefits Supervisor, where they led a benefits call team and ensured compliance with laws and regulations while providing clear communication regarding company benefits.
