Anne Foerster

Anne Foerster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations within the nonprofit sector, particularly focusing on services for individuals with special needs. Currently serving as Program Manager for VOA|ReST at Volunteers of America since January 2022, Anne oversees the nationwide implementation and expansion of peer support services. Previous roles include Provider Quality Manager at My Choice Wisconsin, where oversight of quality concerns and provider credentialing was key, and various leadership positions at Volunteers of America of Minnesota and Wisconsin, managing teams and enhancing operational efficiencies. Anne's leadership experience is complemented by a strong educational background, including an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a certificate in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
