Head Of Parts Commercial Management at Volvo Construction Equipment

Alexander Pajari has extensive work experience in the construction equipment industry, primarily with Volvo. Alexander started their career at Volvo Parts Logistics Eskilstuna in 2003 as a Core Manager, responsible for managing core components. In 2006, they transitioned to Volvo Construction Equipment as a Global Product Manager for Factory Remanufactured Components. In this role, they were in charge of the Remanufactured Components Program and aftermarket engines, overseeing marketing activities and sales. From 2012 to 2016, Pajari joined Volvo Construction Equipment (China) Co., Ltd. as the Director of Product Support and Competence Development. In this position, they led multiple departments and ensured customers and dealers received efficient after-sales technical support. Since 2016, they have been with Volvo Construction Equipment as the Director of Global Parts, responsible for managing and overseeing the commercial aspects of the parts division. In January 2021, Pajari was promoted to the Head of Parts Commercial Management, a role they currently hold.

Alexander Pajari studied at Karlstad University, although the specific field of study and degree obtained are unknown. Alexander also attended Rekarne from 1998 to 2001, earning a degree in Social Science in Business. In 2021, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
