Ann-Sofie Räftegård

Ann-Sofie Räftegård has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ann-Sofie started their career as an HR Manager at Perstorp Group in 1996, before moving on to Perstorp AB as an HR Manager in 1997. In 2006, they joined Johns Manville as an HR/Communication Manager and later worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Oxygenium HR Consulting from 2008 to 2009. Ann-Sofie then transitioned to Daimler AG as a Senior Manager HR in 2009, and afterwards held various roles at IKEA Group from 2010 to 2015, including Deputy HR/Competence Manager IKEA of Sweden and HR&Competence Manager IKEA Commercial. Ann-Sofie served as a Senior Vice President Human Resources at Höganäs AB from 2016 to 2019, and currently works as the Senior Vice President HR at Volvo Construction Equipment since October 2019.

Ann-Sofie Räftegård completed their education at Gestalt Academy Scandinavia from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Gestalt Practitioner in Organization with a focus on Organization Development (OD). Prior to that, they attended Växjö University from 1993 to 1997, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree in HR Management during that time.
