Anthony Farmer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction and mining industries. Anthony began their career at Joy Mining Machinery in 1988 as a Senior Engineer and later became a Senior Project Engineer. In 1999, they joined Caterpillar Inc., where they held various roles including Engineer, Brand Manager, Emerging Markets Strategy Manager, and Americas Strategy Manager. Anthony then worked at Millton Group as the Managing Director from 2011 to 2013. Anthony joined Terex Corporation in 2012 as a Product Director before moving to Volvo Construction Equipment. At Volvo, they held positions such as Director of Product Marketing, Business Platform Director, and Head of Excavator Business Platform. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Cluster Construction at Volvo Construction Equipment, responsible for portfolio management and customer-focused decision making.

Anthony Farmer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University between 1984 and 1988. Anthony later pursued a Masters in Business Administration at Regis University from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, Anthony earned a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Caterpillar Inc.
