Christopher Arnold has a diverse work experience in the construction equipment industry. Christopher started their career at John Deere in 1990, where they held various roles for over 12 years. In 2002, they became the Manager of Strategic Supply.
In 2003, Christopher joined Volvo Construction Equipment as the VP of European Operations for the Excavator Business Line. This role involved managing the Excavator Operations in Germany and the Netherlands, overseeing design and marketing in Germany and Poland. Christopher held this position until 2005.
From 2006 to 2009, Christopher held multiple roles at Volvo Construction Equipment, including Manager of Manufacturing Development and Project Director for the North American Excavator Manufacturing Expansion. Christopher then became the Supply Chain Director and later the Vice President of Purchasing and Supply Management.
Christopher Arnold received their Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1990. Christopher then pursued a Master of Science in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1996 to 1998. In 2004, they attended INSEAD for an International Executive Program. In 2006, they obtained a Lean Certification from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and received TPS Training from Toyota in Nagoya.
