Richard Shelford

Richard Shelford is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Operations Manager at SMT GB since September 2017 and at Volvo Construction Equipment since June 2008, where previous roles included IS/IT Team Leader and 2nd Line Support Technician. Prior experience includes acting as an IT Analyst at Interaction Recruitment from October 2000 to June 2008 and as an IT Support Technician at Eplace for a brief period. Richard began their career as an IT Technical Support Officer during an industrial placement at Pall Corporation in 1998. Richard holds a BSC (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2000, and possesses a strong background in planning, implementing, and administering IT systems and infrastructure.
