Jacquelyn Johnson, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CPC, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture for Volvo Financial Services in North America since February 2017. Previously, Jacquelyn held significant roles at renowned companies including Ralph Lauren and Paychex, where expertise included employee engagement, talent development, and HR strategy. As the Executive Director and Founding Partner of Beauty 4 Ashes International, leadership and organizational planning were key responsibilities. Jacquelyn's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bennett College for Women.
