Daniel Sanchez Villaurrutia is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial control, accounting, and business transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Control and Accounting at Volvo Group since November 2021, Daniel has previously held key financial leadership roles at delfort and Bacardi, where responsibilities included managing financial resources, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, and leading significant business transformation initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean. Daniel's career also encompasses roles in audit and consulting with PwC and a foundational position as an Audit & Accounting Analyst. Daniel holds a Master's in Finance & Economic Engineering from Universidad La Salle and additional qualifications in tax specialization and public accounting.
