Eric Hernandes

Eric Hernandes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Volvo Group Japan Office since July 2015. In this role, Eric is responsible for managing key strategic priorities and initiatives for Volvo Group in Japan, including the oversight of the Alliance with the Isuzu Group. Eric's previous positions at Volvo Group include Vice President of Group Trucks Strategy & Alliances Management and Vice President of Vehicle Sales in Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe. With a career that began at Volkswagen France and includes significant roles at Renault Trucks and Volvo 3P, Eric has developed expertise in strategy, procurement, business prioritization, and sales management. Eric holds a Master's degree in Economics from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
