John Lyon

John Lyon is an experienced manager in real estate and facility management, currently serving as Manager-Transfers & Building Maintenance at Volvo Group since July 2014. In this role, John oversees the transfer process of Volvo properties and collaborates on long-term and short-term maintenance planning for all properties. Additionally, John has held the position of Past President of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), which represents a vast network of professional facility managers worldwide. Prior to his current role, John worked as a Facility Manager at Mack Trucks, Inc. and held positions in construction project management and engineering at Michael Dunn Company and Foster Wheeler Environmental, respectively. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
