Katie Kispert, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America Manufacturing at Volvo Group, where responsibilities include leading strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and change management. Previously, Katie held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at K&W Cafeteria and served as Director of Corporate Human Resources at The Fresh Market. With a background that includes managing HR functions for a large manufacturing facility at Energizer Battery, Katie's expertise encompasses employee relations, organizational development, and performance management. Katie earned a Master's degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
