Svante Karlsson

Svante Karlsson is the Vice President of Digitalization & IT at Volvo Group, leading a global team across various production sites in Sweden, the USA, Brazil, and France, while managing a substantial consulting services delivery. Previously, Svante served as Director of Process and IT, where a new organization was established that significantly enhanced employee engagement and reduced IT disruption downtime. Prior roles include Manager of Logistics Solutions, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Customer Application Manager at Volvo Trucks, focused on standardizing logistics processes and supporting production operations. Svante holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg.
