Tove Bremell

Tove Bremell is an experienced legal and human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture Strategy at Volvo Group since November 2013, where additional responsibilities include Acting Head of Global Labor and Employee Relations. In this role, Tove Bremell supports employment law and labor relations, focusing on global reorganizations, human rights, and compliance with the Volvo Group Code of Conduct. Previous positions include Head of Legal Operations, where Tove Bremell established the Legal Operations department and provided strategic guidance as Corporate Legal Counsel for HR. Tove Bremell also has experience as Legal Counsel for Volvo Penta, providing commercial law advice, and as Legal Counsel for AB Volvo, specializing in employment law and labor relations. Early career experiences include roles as Senior Associate at Vinge law firm and Law Clerk at Lund District Court. Tove Bremell holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M. from Lund University, along with additional legal education from various institutions.
