CA Vikas Karnawat is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Von Roll since June 2016, Vikas oversees the consolidation of financial statements at the Group level, manages the finalization of accounts with auditors, and prepares annual budgets. Previously, Vikas held the position of Head of Finance and Accounting at Lumax World, where responsibilities included managing plant financial activities and implementing cost-saving projects. Vikas began professional training as an Article Trainee at Harish Khandelwal & Co. and Ajay Somani & Company, gaining expertise in statutory and tax audits across various industries. Vikas holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and furthered education with degrees in Applied Business Analytics and an MBA in Operations Management. Currently, Vikas is pursuing the Emerging CFO Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
