Brittany Parsons is a seasoned professional in customer success and retail management with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Vonage, Brittany has held key roles including Senior Customer Success Manager specializing in UCaaS and CCaaS, and UCaaS Sales Manager focused on account development.
