Jan Hauser

Jan Hauser joined the Vonage Board in 2019. Ms. Hauser was Chief Accounting Officer for General Electric Company (“GE”) from April 2013 to September 2018. Prior to joining GE, Ms. Hauser was a senior partner in the National Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she regularly consulted with clients on major strategic transactions. She served as PwC’s representative on the Financial Accounting Standard Board’s (FASB) Emerging Issues Task Force and the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council of the FASB.

Early in her career, Ms. Hauser was selected for a prestigious fellowship in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the SEC, where she cultivated relationships both within the SEC and externally with standard setters and senior leaders of the public accounting firms. This network and deep understanding of the financial and regulatory environment has allowed Ms. Hauser to leverage these relationships and knowledge throughout her career.
