Joshua Rubingh

Joshua Rubingh has over 20 years of experience in the field of software development and web programming. Joshua is currently working as a Senior PHP Developer at VONQ, where they are responsible for upgrading the existing code base to PHP 8.1. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Groningen as a Software Engineer, developing virtual research environments using Python and Django Rest Framework. Joshua has also worked as a Streaming Engineer and CDN Programmer at Jet-Stream, where they developed a streaming CDN for live and on-demand content distribution. In addition, they have experience as a Webdeveloper at theFactor.e, The YOSH Online, Hanze IT, and MAD Multimedia, where they worked on various web development projects. Joshua also worked at InternetID as a Senior Developer, building a CV system using PHP and Linux servers. Earlier in their career, they worked at Cendris as a Second Line Call Agent Inbound, troubleshooting ADSL internet problems for customers, and at Penthion IT as a Web Developer, building web systems including the digital city of Assen.

Joshua Rubingh attended Nienoord College Leek from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained their Havo diploma. From 1997 to 2001, they studied Computer Science at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, earning their Bachelor's degree. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued Artificial Intelligence at the University of Groningen.
