Kelly Clement

Kelly Clement has extensive work experience in the legal field. Kelly currently holds the position of VP, Associate General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Vontier since February 2021. Previously, they worked at SPX FLOW, Inc. from 2015 to 2021, where they served as Assistant General Counsel, Litigation & Chief Compliance Officer. From 2008 to 2015, Kelly worked at SPX Corporation as Assistant General Counsel, Litigation & Compliance. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Kaye Scholer LLP from 2006 to 2008. Kelly began their legal career as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 1993 to 1995, and later became a Partner at Howrey LLP from 1995 to 2006.

Kelly Clement has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Kelly also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Syracuse University.
