Sal Jaramillo

Sal Jaramillo currently serves as Sr. Manager of Manufacturing & Logistics at Vontier, where oversight of manufacturing and logistics operations incorporates lean methodologies and Kaizen principles to foster continuous improvement. Prior to this, Sal managed over 200 employees as Factory Manager, addressing supply chain challenges while enhancing customer satisfaction and implementing a comprehensive operating plan for a $240M/year product line. Experience at ExxonMobil as Shift Supervisor involved delivering operational excellence through supervision and cost control. Military experience as an Infantry Officer in the US Army included leadership, training, and program management responsibilities. Sal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Arabic and French Language from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
