Dr. Holger Martin

Dr. Holger Martin has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on regulatory and structured products. Dr. Holger currently holds the position of Executive Director and Head of Product Legal Europe & Regulatory at Vontobel since September 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Martin served as the Director and Head of Structured Products Legal Europe at Vontobel from December 2015 to August 2021. Before joining Vontobel, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Vonovia from January 2013 to November 2015. Dr. Martin also gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance from August 2006 to December 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Legal Counsel (Secondee) at Barclays Capital from April 2011 to December 2011.

Dr. Holger Martin has a strong education background in law. Dr. Holger obtained their Doctor of Law degree (Dr. iur.) from Justus Liebig University Giessen, specializing in Rechtswissenschaft (Law). Additionally, they completed their Magister Juris Internationalis degree at the same university. Dr. Martin also pursued their studies at the University of Nottingham, focusing on law.
