Viral Vora is an exceptional leader and the Founder and CEO of Talentnow, a technology leader in recruitment management software that has helped several leading organizations seamlessly manage quality manpower recruitment. Talentnow is dedicated to deploying cutting-edge technologies that help their clients manage their recruitment initiatives with higher predictability and more efficiency. The company is located in ten locations across India and the United States.

Prior to founding Talentnow, Viral was the President of Ascendum IT Solutions for nearly eight years. He was also a leading research engineer for Intelliseek.

Viral is a Board Member for several technology startups in the Vora Ventures Group. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.
