Lauren Dutnall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lauren started their career as a Sales Assistant at Claire's Accessories in 2010 and worked there until 2013. During this time, they also served as a Product Design Intern at Frances & Francis for a few months in 2013. In 2012, they worked as an Event Stylist at Hattie & Flora Ltd. for several months.

In 2014, Lauren joined R&R Group Services as a Human Resources Assistant for eight months before transitioning to Merrill DataSite as an Administrative Assistant from 2014 to 2015. Lauren then took on the role of Project Manager Assistant at Merrill DataSite from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as an Executive Assistant at WeWork for a few months before joining Crowe as an Office Assistant, where they worked until 2019.

Lauren's career continued to progress as they joined Softomotive as an Office Manager in 2019, a position they held until September of that year. In the same year, they joined Vorboss Limited and served as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant from September 2019 to May 2020. Lauren then became a Team Operations Executive at Vorboss Limited, and currently holds the position of Chief Of Staff as of January 2021.
