Jan Lachapelle

Jan LaChapelle serves as Executive Vice President – Head of Capital Markets. In this capacity, she oversees all of Vornado’s capital markets activities including secured financings, unsecured debt issuances, preferred and common equity issuances, and has responsibility for Vornado’s relationships with its lenders and credit rating agencies. Ms. LaChapelle joined Vornado in 2014 and was most recently Senior Vice President of Capital Markets.

Prior to joining Vornado, Ms. LaChapelle was a member of Wells Fargo’s real estate banking group for more than ten years.

Ms. LaChapelle earned an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
