Maria Moura Pinheiro is currently the Senior People Manager at VORTAL Connecting Business, responsible for administrative management of personnel and payroll compliance in Portugal, Spain, and Italy. Prior to this, Maria worked as an HR Generalist at Companeo Groupe, coordinating recruitment, international hiring processes, and managing administrative tasks. With a background in Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra, KU Leuven, and University of Valencia, Maria has a strong foundation in HR management and personnel psychology. Maria also served as the Vice-President at ESN Coimbra and has experience in organizing events and maintaining positive work environments.
