Poyni Desai

Poyni Desai has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Poyni began their career at CityU Model United Nations as an Operations Secretary from August 2017 to May 2018. Poyni then worked as an IT Intern at the Association of Family Offices in Asia from June 2018 to July 2018, where they created and managed the Association's website and provided executive support.

In 2019, Poyni joined Concordia University as a Proctor for a brief period from November 2019 to December 2019. Poyni then moved on to Gexel Telecom, where they worked as a Technical Support representative from December 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they successfully assisted customers, maintained product knowledge, and recorded customer information using Salesforce software.

Since August 2020, Poyni has been working at VOSKER, initially as a Technical Support representative until November 2022, and then as a Quality Assurance Specialist until April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Poyni Desai's education history is as follows:

From 2022 to 2023, Poyni attended PROMIS Immigration for Francisation studies.

In 2021, Poyni completed a specialization in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Analyst at the Montreal College of Information Technology.

Between 2019 and 2021, Poyni obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Concordia University.

From 2015 to 2019, Poyni earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Information Management from City University of Hong Kong.

During the period of 2009 to 2015, Poyni attended the Shanghai Singapore International School and completed the Middle Year Program, as well as an International Baccalaureate Diploma.

In terms of additional certifications, Poyni obtained the "Managing Customer Expectations" certification from LinkedIn in November 2022.

Furthermore, Poyni attained the International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International Baccalaureate institution in August 2015.

Lastly, Poyni achieved an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score of 7.5 through the British Council in November 2018.
