Ufuoma Ubor

Ufuoma Ubor started working as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer at Vosker in May 2021. Prior to that, Ufuoma worked at Techno-X Group from May 2020 to May 2021 as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, Ufuoma provided technical support to users via chat, email, and phone, troubleshooting their cellular camera's hardware or software difficulties. Ufuoma also assisted with the installation and updating of firmware, maintained internal log files, answered technical questions, handled complaints, and processed repair requests. Additionally, Ufuoma provided training and guidance to users and may have mentored newly hired Technical Support Agents.

Ufuoma Ubor has a comprehensive education history in the field of computer science.
