Jean-Christophe Chambaud has several years of work experience in the technology industry. Jean-Christophe currently holds the position of Customer Solutions Architect at VOSS since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Allstream from December 2010 to May 2022 as a Senior Voice Consultant and Team leader. Jean-Christophe also worked at VisionIP from July 2009 to December 2010 as a Technology Specialist. Earlier in their career, they were employed at Telus as a Service Delivery Administrator II from September 2007 to July 2009, where they were responsible for the configuration of Nortel switching in the Montreal's subway system, remote cut-over to new Nortel network for Canada Post offices, and live monitoring of Canada Post network. Before that, they worked at VisionIP as a Computer Technician from January 2005 to September 2007, handling the installation of self-registration kiosks and passport scanners at Montreal's airport. Jean-Christophe also had an internship at Bell Canada in 2005, where they worked as a computer technician with tasks including access databases and small application programming.

Jean-Christophe Chambaud has a diverse education history in the field of networking and telecommunications. In the year 2000, they began their education at College de Bois-De-Boulogne, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Networking. Jean-Christophe completed their degree in 2005.

In 2007, Chambaud obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco. Following this, in 2008, they attended Global Knowledge and participated in a Call Manager Boot Camp, further enhancing their skills in Cisco Telephony.

In 2009, Chambaud earned the Microsoft Office Communications Server implementation certification from AFI. Additionally, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice certification and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Voice certification from Cisco in the same year.

Chambaud continued to advance their knowledge and skills in the field of networking by attending IPExpert in 2011 and 2012. Jean-Christophe completed a CCIE Voice BLS study in 2011 and an intensive CCIE Voice course in 2012.

Throughout their educational journey, Chambaud has acquired various certifications from Cisco, including the CCIE Voice, CCIE Collaboration, and Cisco Unity Support Specialist certifications, obtained in 2012.
