Rob Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rob started their career in 1994 at Nokia, where they served as a Senior System Test Engineer and was responsible for testing system and protocol support. In 2000, they joined Cisco Systems Ltd as a Software QA Engineer, where they gained expertise in testing Cisco Unified Communication products and managed services. In 2009, they moved to ITT as a System Test Engineer before eventually joining VOSS in 2010. At VOSS, they held various positions, including Solutions Architect, Manager of Technical Services EMEA, and their current role as a Customer Solutions Architect.

Rob Wilson attended Teesside University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Software Engineering.
