Sandeep Pokhriyal

Sandeep Pokhriyal has a diverse work experience in the field of unified communications. Sandeep started their career in 2006 as a Unified Communications Engineer at Almoayed Group, where they gained experience in installations, management, and troubleshooting of various Cisco products such as CUCM, Unity, IP phones, UCCX, Cisco Unified Presence Server, and Meeting place Server. Sandeep then moved to Mannai Trading in 2008 as a Cisco Unified Contact Center Consultant, where they implemented UCCE solutions and worked on projects involving UCCE 8.5 and CVP 8. Sandeep was later promoted to the role of Senior Consultant Unified Communications, where they were responsible for implementing UCCE upgrade projects. In 2015, Sandeep joined VOSS as a Solutions Architect. In this role, they worked on the VOSS UC Management Solution and the VOSS UC Migration Solution, which aimed to transform enterprise communications architectures and simplify unified communications deployments.

Sandeep Pokhriyal has a diverse education history. In 1990, they began their education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their primary and secondary education. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MMEC between 2001 and 2005. In 2013, Sandeep attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for an Executive Education program called Middle Management Development (3TP) with a focus on General Management. Sandeep also holds a certification in CCIE Voice from Cisco, which they obtained in September 2011.
