Steve Samosky

US Team Lead - Customer Success (Support) at VOSS Solutions

Steve Samosky has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and customer support. Steve started their career at Nortel in 2001, where they provided Tier 1 OSS support for the Solaris/Java-based Preside Provisioning Tool. Steve'sresponsibilities included 24/7 on-call support, new installations, and upgrades for international telecom customers and internal engineering personnel. In 2010, they worked as a Software Engineer at Genband, focusing on OSS configuration. From 2011 onwards, Steve joined VOSS, initially working as an Applications Support Engineer, providing Tier 2 support for the Linux platform and VOSS application to international customers. Currently, they serve as the US Team Lead in Customer Success (Support) at VOSS. Steve'swork involves leading the US team in providing customer support, ensuring their success, and addressing any issues that arise.

Steve Samosky attended WTCC from 1982 to 1984, where they earned an A.A.S. degree in Computer Engineering Technology.
