Nancy Schouppe

Nancy Schouppe is the current Vice President of Global Quality at Voss Water. Nancy has held this position for 11 months. Prior to this, they were the Interim General Manager at VOSS Production AS for 4 years and 4 months. Nancy was also previously the Vice President of Global Quality at The Coca-Cola Company for 6 years and 9 months. In this role, they were responsible for developing and enhancing the supplier quality governance programs to provide quality and food safety leadership to supplier management functions. Nancy was also responsible for building knowledge sharing environment to connect people, content, processes and information in an effective and sustainable manner to better leverage the collective knowledge of the community. Furthermore, they were responsible for collaboratively developing, communicating and implementing programs that mitigate food safety risks across the global Coca-Cola Company system. Nancy has also held the position of Senior Supplier QESH Manager at Coca-Cola Northwest Europe and Nordic Division (NWEN) for 4 years and 10 months. In this role, they were responsible for 1881 small PET project commercialization and roll-out, as well as providing leadership in CO2 , Closure, Picasso projects and queries. Nancy has also been responsible for Training Design and Delivery, External Engagement global network/ISBT. Lastly, Nancy has also held the position of Supplier Quality Engineer at Coca-Cola Services for 2 years and 11 months.

Nancy Schouppe has a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Aalst, and a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent. Nancy also has a certificate of successful completion from Michigan State University in Food Fraud MOOC by John W. Spink, and they have completed Advanced Influencing Skills from Threshold Communications Ltd. Finally, they have completed workshops from Vlerick Business School in Why fight for survival if you can collaborate for success by prof. Barney Jordaan and Defining your path to success by prof. Dirk Buyens.
