Ulrich Kleinwächter

Ulrich Kleinwächter has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies. Ulrich began their career at Federal-Mogul Powertrain as a System Engineer and Assistant to the Global Technical Director, where they were responsible for strategic R&D planning and project management. Ulrich then moved on to Visteon Corporation, where they held various roles including Program/Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, and Technical Sales Manager. At Visteon, they focused on sales support, business relationships, and concept development for air conditioning systems. Following that, they worked at Valeo as the Customer Director for Volkswagen and General Motors, overseeing compressor business and managing sales and contracts. Ulrich then joined Vossloh Kiepe GmbH as the Head of Claim Management, Vice President of Integrated Management Systems, and Senior Project Manager, responsible for various managerial and leadership roles, including project management, sales, and system maintenance. Later, they served as the Managing Director (ppa.) at MFP Production GmbH & Co. KG, which merged into Montaplan GmbH, where they continued as Managing Director until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Service Centre Moers at Vossloh Rolling Stock GmbH.

Ulrich Kleinwächter obtained their education from 1986 to 1993 at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where they earned a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur degree in Maschinenbau (mechanical engineering). In addition, they obtained a certification as a data protection officer from DEKRA in December 2013.
