Anjana Pandathil, MIB, CCBA®, CSPO, currently serves as a Technical Product Owner for Consumer Experience at Vosyn since January 2025 and previously held the position of Technical Business Analyst. With a robust background in business analysis and project management, Anjana led the integration of LMS (TalentLMS) with EduOrgCRM at Delphi Technology, enhancing student learning paths and streamlining automation. Experience as a Mortgage Agent at Dominion Lending Centres Inc involved assessing clients’ financial needs, negotiating funding options, and collaborating with legal and insurance entities to facilitate client transactions. Anjana's analytical expertise was further demonstrated at AmerisourceBergen, where essential requirements were gathered to create business requirement documents and facilitate scrum meetings. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School, a B.A. in Accountancy and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology.
