Gina Lau

Gina Lau is an accomplished leader in equity-centered leadership, culture, and growth strategy consulting, serving as Founder & Principal of Alquimista Coaching & Consulting since June 2022. Currently, Gina holds multiple advisory roles, including Strategic Advisor at Vot-ER and Raise Commercial Real Estate, as well as Adjunct Faculty for Leadership Development at Coro Northern California. Previous experience includes a role as Chief People & Wellbeing Officer at Catalight and considerable contributions in leadership roles at Accenture, Scoop Technologies, Inc., and HelloSign, where Gina was instrumental in shaping organizational culture and talent strategies. Gina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University and a transformative study abroad experience with Semester at Sea.
