As a former casino and video gambling industry regulator, Dee has deep expertise in compliance and governance. She serves as a Board Director of Accel Entertainment, Wintrust Bank and Athena Consumer Acquisition Corp. SPAC, serving on several board committees. Dee is Chairwoman of PGA WORKS and Trustee of PGA REACH. She is a member of the EXIM Bank’s Council for Advancing Women in Business and Senior Advisor to Golf Nation. Dee earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
