Mike Downey

Mike Downey is currently working at Vouch Insurance as a Sr Manager Client Services where Mike developed a new segment within the book of business, drove productivity, and built proper SOPs. Prior to this, Mike managed a team of account managers and analyzed metrics as a Success Manager. Mike has experience in sales roles at Guaranteed Rate, The Bulow Group, C.H. Robinson, and Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Mike engaged in direct interaction with clients, led sales meetings, and prospected for new business opportunities.
