Oliver Youle

Oliver Youle is an experienced data operations leader currently serving as the Head of Data Operations and Research Data Lead at VouchedFor since December 2021. At VouchedFor, Oliver is responsible for modeling over 250,000 client reviews using advanced supervised learning techniques to enhance the service delivery of financial advisers. Prior to this role, Oliver worked at Enterprise Holdings from March 2019 to December 2021 as a Data Scientist in the Analytical Centre of Excellence, leveraging advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and VBA to transform data consumption and create insightful dashboards. Oliver also held the position of EMEA Business Analyst, where efforts focused on expanding analytical capabilities to support strategic business decisions. Earlier in Oliver's career, with Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2016 to March 2019, the progression from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager involved overseeing significant assets and leading customer service-focused teams. Oliver holds a Master of Philosophy in Physics and a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Leicester.
