Shannon Thompson is Executive Director of Marketing at Vox, a position she has held since Octover of 2016. In this role she is leading a cross-functional experiential marketing organization responsible for driving conference marketing for Vox Media tentpole events and live podcasts including the preeminent Code Conference. Driving development and audience segmentation strategies, email marketing, experiential branding, and sponsorship sales enablement.
Prior to Vox, Shannon was Marketing Director at Stanford University.
