Steve Young

Steve Young is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Talent Attraction and People Operations at Vox Media since March 2022, overseeing teams in benefits, internal communication, and people operations. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Group Nine Media, and Director of North America People at UNiDAYS, where a focus on people-centric strategies was paramount. With a strong background in talent management from lululemon and foundational roles in various organizations including Wrightsville SUP, YMCA, and GlaxoSmithKline, Steve has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational strategy. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from North Carolina State University.
