Roxana Şuşoiu

Roxana Şuşoiu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at VOX SOLUTIONS since November 2023. Previously, Roxana worked at FintechOS as a People Operations Business Partner, focusing on employee relations and global compensation strategies, and at Temenos in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included talent acquisition management and organizational development. Earlier positions include payroll specialist roles at ADP and Oracle, as well as accounting officer duties at Accenture. Roxana holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management of Human Resources from the University of Hyperion and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Modern Languages from the University of Bucharest. Additional HR training was completed at Scoala de HR.
