Rovina D'Souza

Rovina D'souza is an accomplished professional serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Flint since September 2023, where responsibilities include leading strategic projects and overseeing business process implementation, people operations, and finance. Rovina has been a member of Global Women in VC since September 2021 and previously worked as a Board Observer at Sharpist, Voxalyze, and 35up while contributing to the investment team at Capnamic Ventures, focusing on the Berlin ecosystem. Rovina's earlier experience includes co-founding Petura Inc., managing a $150 million portfolio as an Investment Banking Associate at Sprout Capital Advisors, and performing statutory audits for EY. Rovina holds an MBA in Finance from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Management from St. Joseph College of Commerce.
