Michelle Northrop serves as the Vice President of Global Customer Support at OnSolve since June 2017, leading a team for a recognized industry leader in cloud-based communication and collaboration tools. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Send Word Now, progressing from Client Support Manager to Associate Director and ultimately Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support. Michelle's early career included roles at Tango Media Systems as a Client Services Representative and at Vertis Communications where responsibilities encompassed technical writing, training, and client support. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland, earned between 2003 and 2007.
