In 2009, they moved to UnitedHealth Group as a Market Research Consultant - Consumer Insights. In 2010, they joined Vision Critical as Vice President, Research & Customer Success. In 2018, they worked as a Research Strategist/Contractor at SIVO Insights, Inc. and in 2019, they became Vice President, Customer Success at Voxpopme.
