Richard Matthew Lane

Richard Matthew Lane has been working in the legal field since 2002. From 2002 to 2010, they were self-employed as an attorney and legal research and writing consultant. In 2010, they became the Director of Compliance and Contract Administrator at Paradigm Alliance, Inc., where they were responsible for legal matters of long term significance, developing and implementing processes for analyzing and applying federal regulations, and managing and reviewing customer and vendor agreements. From 2014 to 2016, they were self-employed again as a legal research and writing consultant. In 2016, they became the Senior Contract Specialist and Bid Desk Lead at MasterControl, where they were a key stakeholder for all revenue contracting and provided strategic guidance in the organization's transition from on-prem/perpetual to SaaS business model. In 2020, they joined Voxpopme as the Director of Contracting, where they were the primary stakeholder for all revenue contract related matters company wide and lead negotiator on all revenue deals. Richard Matthew also implemented a wholesale revision of revenue contracting processes. Currently, they are a Contract Manager at MasterControl.

Richard Matthew Lane completed their Doctor of Law - JD from Washburn University in 2002, majoring in Law. Richard Matthew obtained their Bachelor of Arts - BA from Wichita in 1996, majoring in English Literature. Richard Matthew also holds an Associate of Arts - AA from Cowley College, majoring in Business Administration.
