Marcos Valeriano

Marcos Valeriano has a diverse work experience in IT and technical support roles. Marcos started their career as a Technical Support at CompuExpress, where they provided front desk and technical support for PCs. Marcos then worked as a Technical Support at Agropesquera Venezolana La Guaira S.R.L. and later at Inmobiliaria Hecmar, where they provided technical support and administrative services. Marcos also worked as a Support Technician at Zaidan 2010 - Interxion, where they provided microinformatics support. Marcos then moved on to Eli Lilly and Company, where they worked as an on-site and remote support technician. Marcos recently worked at Insud Pharma as a Helpdesk On-site and remote support technician for SAP. Currently, they are working at VoxSmart as a Sys Admin/IT Engineer.

Marcos Valeriano's education history begins in 2005 when they attended La Salle La Colina, where they studied for a period of eight years until 2013. After graduating from La Salle La Colina, Marcos enrolled in the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and completed five semesters of a Computer Science program. However, it is unclear when they started and if they have completed the program.

In addition to their formal education, Marcos has also attained an English proficiency level of C1. Currently, they are actively pursuing certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate SAA-C02.
