Jeffery Jones

Jeffery Jones began their career in 1999 at MotherNature.com as a Customer Support Representative, where they answered incoming phone calls and emails, answering all site and order questions. In 2001, they joined Voxware as the VP of Technical Services and CSO. Jeffery then served as Manager Technical Services Group, Senior IT Project Engineer North America, Senior Level 2 IT Support Engineer, Senior IT Project Engineer EMEA, and Senior Customer Support Engineer. As Senior IT Project Engineer North America, they acted as the primary technical resource for new and existing projects, determined new client technical requirements and designed architecture consistent with customer business requirements and product capabilities, and analyzed, reviewed, and enhanced existing systems to increase operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements. As Senior Level 2 IT Support Engineer, they troubleshot core product issues and client databases. As Senior IT Project Engineer EMEA, they were the primary technical resource for all projects within EMEA and trained clients in use of Voxware 3 system. As Senior Customer Support Engineer, they troubleshot and performed customer technical support over email, phone, and onsite.

Jeffery Jones obtained a BS in Culinary Management from Johnson & Wales University between 1996 and 1999. Jeffery also holds certifications from CompTIA (Security+ obtained in July 2021, Network+ obtained in June 2002, and A+ obtained in April 2001), CWNP (CWNA obtained in April 2014, CWSP obtained in November 2016), Amazon Web Services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate obtained in May 2016), and Microsoft (MCTS SQL Server 2008, Database Development obtained in July 2012, MCTS SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance obtained in June 2012).
