Mike DePalma

Chief Product and Marketing Officer at EnGen

Mike DePalma has a rich and diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Mike is currently the President of Edtuitive, a position they have held since June 2017. In January 2021, they became the Chief Product and Marketing Officer at EnGen.

Prior to this, Mike held the role of SVP Marketing at K12 Insight from August 2018 to July 2020. Here, they successfully transformed the marketing organization into a growth-focused engine and played a key role in enhancing customer experience.

Before joining K12 Insight, Mike served as the Vice President of Product Management at K12 from May 2015 to August 2018. Under their leadership, the product management organization grew significantly, generating $872 million in revenue and providing online education to 1.5 million students across the United States.

From November 2012 to April 2015, Mike worked as the Sr. Director of Product Management at Fuel Education LLC. During this time, they developed and executed a 5-year product vision and strategic plan that resulted in impressive revenue growth and the successful launch of a new curriculum.

Mike started their career as the Director of Product Development at Aventa Learning in April 2011 before moving on to become the Manager of Operations at KC Distance Learning from March 2007 to April 2011.

Mike DePalma earned a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their formal education, Mike also obtained several certifications, including a Product Management Certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI), an ASU GSV Summit certification from ASU GSV Summit, and an iOS (iPhone/iPad) Developer certification from Big Nerd Ranch.
