Daniel Montanha Teixeira

Daniel Montanha Teixeira has a diverse and extensive work experience. Daniel is currently the Legal Manager and Global Head of Legal at Voxy since September 2022. Prior to this, they founded Assinow in May 2019, a digital signature service that simplifies the process for clients. Daniel also served as an Advisory Board Member at OABPrev-PR from January 2020 to April 2023. Additionally, they were the Global Legal Manager at EBANX, a Brazilian fintech, from April 2020 to June 2022, where they transformed the legal operations and handled various legal aspects. Before that, Daniel worked as a Partner and Consultant at LatAmLaw, providing efficiency consultancy services to corporate legal departments and drafting commercial agreements for companies in various sectors. Daniel also has experience as the Latin America Legal Manager at Alltech, overseeing legal operations in 14 countries and negotiating domestic and international agreements in the biotechnology sector. Daniel has been involved in legal management for different organizations throughout their career, including Sumitomo Rubber do Brasil, where they implemented and managed the Legal Department for a Japanese transnational start-up in Brazil. Daniel also worked as a Partner Lawyer and Lawyer at Montanha, Alcantara & Advogados Associados, a prestigious law firm, where they participated in the firm's management and attracted new business opportunities. Overall, Daniel Montanha Teixeira has a strong background in legal management, consultancy, and international business.

Daniel Montanha Teixeira completed their Bachelor's degree in Law (Bacharelado em Direito) from Universidade Federal do Paraná in the years 2002-2006. Daniel later pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Law (LL.M.) from Ibmec in the years 2012-2013. In 2018-2019, they completed a program in Administration and Business (Formação de Conselheiros de Administração) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.

Additionally, Daniel obtained a professional certification in Pension Fund Administration (Certificação Profissional em Administração de Fundos de Pensão) from ICSS - Instituto de Certificação dos Profissionais de Seguridade Social in December 2014.

Daniel is currently pursuing a Data Protection Officer - Privacy and Data Protection program from FGV Direito Rio.

During their early education, Daniel completed their secondary education (Ensino Médio) at Hanamaki Higashi High School in 2000-2001, and prior to that, they attended Colégio Militar de Curitiba for their secondary education from 1995-1999.
