Angela Gillen

Angela Gillen, GBA, is currently a Client Relationship Manager at Voya Financial since September 2007. Prior to that, Angela worked as a Human Resources Administrator at GARDINER from September 2002 to September 2007. Angela holds a License in Life and Health, Annuities and Variable Products from Hondros College, as well as a GBA Designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Group Health Plan Design, Benefits Management, and Healthcare Reform.
